Nikki Americanos, Software Designer

Nikki's Fujitsu laptop was suffering from regular crashes and she constantly had restart it to keep working. In a few hours we backed up her data, upgraded her operating system to Windows XP and installed more memory. This small investment stopped her crashes and allowed her to extend the life of her Fujistu for a few more years.

Andrew Berz runs his business in downtown San Francisco. The computer at his store, shared amongst all his employees, was overrun with pop-ups and spyware. Buggin Out removed all the pop-ups and spyware and gave Andrew back control over his computer. He was so happy with the service, he brought his home computer into the office and invited Buggin Out to work on it. On his home machine Buggin Out removed a virus in addition to spyware. Happy again, Andrew asked us to come back for a third time to work on his brand new laptop and set up a wireless network in his store.

We upgraded her AOL and QuickBooks Pro, and we cleaned up her machine so it ran more quickly. She was computer-less for only two hours.

Brooke's four-year old iMac was slow and required regular restarts. Buggin Out upgraded her system to Mac OS 10.2 and installed additional RAM and a larger hard drive. Now Brooke can edit and share the music she writes quickly and without interruption.
